Return Conditions

  • Items must be in original condition—unused, unwashed, and free from odors, stains, or marks.

  • All tags, labels, and protective packaging must be attached.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery, along with proof of purchase.

  • Final Sale or discounted items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

  • Any defective or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Items purchased with a discount code are eligible for return only for store credit or exchange.

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and accessories are non-returnable.


Refunds & Store Credit

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus a $10 return label fee (waived for store credit or exchanges).

  • As an independent brand, all refunds are handled manually. Please allow up to 14 business days after your return is delivered for processing.

  • Orders paid using installment services (e.g., Afterpay) will follow the terms of your payment agreement.


Exchanges

  • We offer both standard and instant exchange options.

  • Instant exchanges require credit card pre-authorization.

  • Items exchanged once cannot be exchanged again and will be eligible for store credit only if returned.

  • International customers may return items for store credit and repurchase the desired item.


International Orders

  • Prepaid return labels are not available for international customers.

  • Items must be shipped back to our designated address, and store credit will be issued upon receipt.


Defective Items & Order Issues

  • Defective products or order errors must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Please contact customer support with a clear photo or video of the issue for assistance.


How to Return an Item

  1. Visit our returns portal and follow the instructions.

  2. Print your return label (if applicable) and package the item securely.

  3. Include the return form inside the parcel.

  4. Drop off your package with the designated carrier.

  5. Once received and inspected, your return will be processed within 7–10 business days.
